MS Aeronautical Engineering at Caltech, George has a long track record of successfully bringing products to market as Director of Strategic Technology and R&D Director at Hewlett Packard. An experienced, well-rounded, and methodical scientist, George has guided the design of a highly scalable thermal storage system capable of temperatures and energy densities that no others can reach.

Stephen is a polymath with honors in Engineering, and years in Architecture, Media Production, Digital Media and EdTech in Toronto and Silicon Valley. He designs Kelvin’s business and market strategies, business models, new applications and digital technologies, and engages related customers, strategic partners and investors.

Past President of IST (Innovative Steam Technologies – a steam generator manufacturer), OTB Director at John Cockerill Energy and President of Osprey 1884 (advisory services to the energy sector), Bob is now filling a critical role at Kelvin, bringing his broad international experience to running Kelvin’s operations.

Doug is a seasoned finance and accounting expert with extensive international CFO-level experience.

An Energy & Thermofluids expert and Instructor at Ryerson University, Amir is a brilliant analytical complement to George’s well-rounded engineering perspective. Time and again, Amir’s thermal models have been in very close alignment with real-world measurements, and his work was behind several of our patents.

Materials Scientist & Engineer in High-temperature chemistry. Karim has made a remarkable contribution, including what is likely our most powerful patent in high-temperature storage. His ongoing role heading up our Chemistry Team will be critical as we scale our temperatures.

With an M.SC Electrical Engineering & Renewable Energy Systems, Aarik is a fairly recent hire who has contributed strongly to the selection and coding of Kelvin’s electronics, while doubling as an energy market analyst.

Shelly is an experienced HR Consultant, Advisor and Board Member with strong governance and financial acumen. She has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, working with small and mid-sized companies in talent acquisition and management, rewards, and organizational design.
